Even a king can’t get into his castle if there’s garbage blocking the door.

When you have ego and are totally immersed in yourself, you can’t get into your castle. You’re left out in the cold where the worries and the hatred and the selfishness chase you without mercy.

Today is a good day to give props to what’s right in life, in you, in people. It’s a good day to acknowledge that you do have a castle inside, and to see that your ego is your garbage blocking your soul.

The Nyimi Mabiintsh III is fifty years old. He acquired the throne at the age of twenty. As a descendant of god the creator, the king is attributed with supernatural powers.

Due to his top position he is restricted by several contraints: he does not have the right to sit on the ground, and he cannot cross a cultivated field. Apart from his cook, no one has seen him eat. Moreover he never travels without him, and his personal cooking ustensils.

His royal apparel is called the “bwantshy.” The outfit is made out of material stitched with beads and “cauris” (small shells used as money in Africa), and weighs 160 lb. It takes more than two hours to dress the King, and two days of spiritual preparation to be sufficiently purified in order to wear the outfit.

The weight and the heat of the bwantshy is such, that it is impossible to wear it more than one hour. The preceeding King had only worn it three time during his entire life.

What the world needs now.

Don’t let the day go by without telling someone you love them.

Problems begin when we don’t get what we think we want, when this physical world becomes for us all that there is.

This world is but a journey, a mere traveling experience on our way to our real destination. If we know this, then how can we be sad or affected by this physical world?

Peace doesn’t begin with fund-raising dinners, politics, wars, intellectual debate or organizations that have appointed themselves to represent the people. Peace begins with the reflection in the mirror.

Personal peace is a powerful cause of world peace. Personal peace and personal health lead to global peace and global health. Everything is interconnected.
